Dan is the lead product manager for user centric analysis and audience marketing at Google Analytics. Prior to joining Google, Dan's experience ranges from venture-funded consumer technology startups, where he has led product and user acquisition to working with top 100 companies in the telecommunications, media, and technology industries, where he has led advanced analytics, sentiment analysis, and marketing optimization. Dan holds a B.S. in Management Science from MIT.

Laura is currently the Organic Search & Technical Optimization Lead at Netflix in the Silicon Valley and has started and run several boutique agencies and held previous roles that include Technical Marketing Director for Yahoo Media, SEO Specialist for CNET and, in a past life, was a professional athlete.

James DeBragga serves as Vice President of International Marketing at DocuSign, focusing on aligning DocuSign’s international marketing teams, strategy and execution as the company continues its rapid worldwide expansion. James joined DocuSign following nearly four years leading DC1 Consulting, Inc., a US and EU boutique management consulting firm which James founded and where he served as President. He advised clients ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 500 multinationals across a portfolio of business functions including corporate development, go-to-market strategy, sales and marketing enablement, and organizational development. Prior to DC1, James spent nearly 20 years with Microsoft in a number of leadership positions. His roles included Director of Windows Embedded Worldwide Software Distribution; General Manager of Windows International Marketing; General Manager of Windows 7 Launch, Netbook Marketing, and Consumer Offers; and most recently General Manager of Windows Digital Marketing. James also serves as a guest lecturer on topics of entrepreneurship and venture capital investing at both the University of Washington and Seattle University, sharing with students his experiences and success as a global business leader. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arizona State University and a Certificate in German Language and History from VHS Stadt Regensburg in Germany. James and his family live in Munich.

Previously, Castelino worked at NetStreams, Motive, A.T. Kearney and Accenture. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Cornell University.

Under Jeff’s leadership, GoGrid scaled cloud services and successfully repositioned itself from a regional hosting company to a dominant cloud player recognized by Gartner as one of the world’s largest providers. Jeff also served as General Manager and Vice President at Neustar (NYSE: NSR) and GM and EVP of Marketing at UltraDNS. Jeff holds a B.A. from Columbia University.
